Virtuosity, versatility, musical taste and “bel canto” are the leitmotiv that characterizes this important recording work that the Mac Saxophone Quartet has created.

The group, very effective in the repertoire made up of virtuosity and rhythmic ability, is equally at ease in carrying out with stylistic wealth and phrasing fantasy the “masterpieces” of Domenico Scarlatti and Gesualdo da Venosa.

The disc, varied for ages and styles, allows you to grasp the immensity of the instrument, which we already remember widely appreciated since its birth by illustrious musicians such as Hector Berlioz and Gioachino Rossini.

A praise therefore to the work of Stefano, Luis, Alex and Valentino who with this work reinforce the tradition of the classic saxophone in Italy.
